Fish Lake Beach Camping Resort in Volo, IL

Very large grassy sites. We, who are Travellers, appreciate that they have lovely sites for transients. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Staff is great!

Great little hidden gem of a campground. Nicely maintained. Plenty to do with lake and pool, plus they host kid events on the weekend.

It’s a great park. Tons going on there all day long. The beach is great as well as the pool. Bathrooms are clean! Great ice cream creations in the store.

Very nice and friendly staff. Site was easy to back into and clean. All facilities (pool, restrooms, showers) were clean and good working condition. Had a great time and will come back next season!

My wife, 2 sons (4 & 1.5) just wrapped up our first ever weekend here. My 4 year old was crying say he didn't want to leave. All I could day was "me neither bud" We can't wait to come back next year We rented a cabin for the weekend and it was an amazing experience. My kiddos enjoyed the loft for sleeping. Our TV was not working which wasn't horrible, it could have helped a bit on Saturday morning, but my wife wound up taking the 4 year old to the beach for an early morning walk instead. Our neighbors were pleasant and we wound up having a fire together. Memories were made.

Love Fish Lake so much! Was a childhood memory that will always make me smile.

I went there as a day trip, I was not in a cabin or on site camping.

I have not yet camped here but i am jumping on to thank Fish Lake Beach! I was supposed to camp this weekend but due to the air quality and my medical condition I needed to switch my weekend. It was short notice and they were completely accommodating. Very thankful for the help and willingness to work with me so I can still enjoy visiting them later in the summer!

Debbie and Sherry are amazing - always with a smile - always helpful- if they don’t have an answer - they will find it for you - they ever make you feel like your questions are never dumb - with all the changes that have been going on - they stay positive and that’s an amazing attitude to have Thank you to both of you for all you do 😊

All of the staff at Fish Lake Beach is amazing! Debi, Sherri & Christina are always very helpful. We love our site, this is our first year at Fish Lake Beach. Can’t wait for many more!
